Daniel Litherland

Daniel has a strong appreciation for project drivers and is regarded as a trusted advisor to his clients. This is particularly true for the early phases of a project when scoping and strategy are key to establishing a successful project.
Throughout the delivery phase of a project, Daniel is able to build and maintain collaborative relationships that are founded on open communication. This approach mitigates issues and ensures the project progresses in accordance with the client’s expectations around scope, time, cost, and quality.
As a consequence of Daniel’s expertise and management style across all project phases, he is highly sought after, particularly by clients he has previously worked with.
Richie Holligan

Richie is an accomplished construction professional with 20 years experience in the construction and property industry covering a wide range of asset classes. He started his career as a Civil and Structural Engineer at Dublin based engineering firm Fahy Fitzpatrick Consulting Engineers. After relocating to Australia in 2009, he transferred to Project Management, joining and holding senior management roles at Global Project Management Companies.
Richie’s professional experience includes leading and managing large project teams, that have successfully delivered major projects under a range of contract procurement delivery models.
His project management expertise ranges from the management of commercial construction and fit out projects, statutory and cosmetic upgrades, major building services upgrades and civil works to development monitoring and building consultancy advice.

Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management
Approved to stand as a Professional Engineer by Engineers Australia

Community and Charity Initiatives
Rhombus PM is a sponsor of local football club Bardon LaTrobe FC. We are passionate about the social, physical and mental health benefits of club sport, across all age groups from Under 6 to Seniors.
Rhombus PM enters several charity sporting events each year, covering entry fees, staff leave and other related costs.
In 2024, Dan Litherland took part in 1000km Chain Reaction ride which raises funds for the AEIOU Foundation. AEIOU is a remarkable foundation that builds and manages care centres for children with autism, preparing them for school and providing respite for their families.
