180 Queen Street Brisbane is a prominent State Heritage listed building on Queen Street mall. This project involved demolition of the original floor layout which was arranged for multiple retail tenants.  A speculative fit-out for office use was then completed in a style that was complementary to the building.  The project also involved substantial upgrades to the base building electrical and mechanical systems.
