Reconfiguration and refurbishment within a live environment at Sunnybank Private Hospital.  The works included refurbishment of an existing operating theatre, conversion of existing labour suites within maternity into a sterile stock storeroom, and conversion / refurbishment of three (3) existing ward rooms into single bedrooms with new ensuites.
